1. Institute/Program admission related Formalites:
The following booklet gives all details and forms related to Institute/Program admission.
(Please Note that the medical examination report to obtained for IITM is DIFFERENT AND MORE ELABORATE than the JOSAA medical examination report.)

(IMPORTANT: Hostel accommodation is available ONLY
from July 21st onwards only for MTech & MSc, and
from July 22nd (from 2pm) onwards only for BTech/Dual /MA students).
Also, PLEASE NOTE THAT THOSE ACCOMPANYING THE STUDENT (PARENTS/GUESTS AND OTHERS) HAVE TO MAKE THEIR OWN ARRANGEMENTS FOR STAY. ONLY THE STUDENT CAN STAY IN THE HOSTEL ROOM.

All procedures and information related to hostel admission are available in:
The following are some important things to be taken care of / important information to take note of before coming to the appropriate hostel for hostel accommodation: 1. For hostel accommodation enrolment, BTech, Dual degree and MA students should report at the Cauvery Hostel (if boys) and Sarayu Hostel (if girls). 2. Hostel enrolment will be available during July 22nd (2pm to 6pm), July 23rd and 24th (9am to 6pm with break during 1-2pm) 3. Please note down your roll number from this list . You will need this information while enrolling. 4. Please fill up and submit online biodata form before coming for hostel enrollment. 5. A printout of hostel fee payment receipt is to be brought along for submission during enrolment (this is a must). 6. Accommodation is shared and therefore, kindly note that you should use only the key provided by the enrolment office. Kindly do not replace the lock provided with your own lock.
